Caught a flat and had something stuck in my tire. Only people to actually answer the phone on a Friday. They got to me at a decent time and had me up and running, spare on in the front and tire patched/repaired in the back in 10 minutes! Really appreciate the laughs and service as they made sure I was good to go in an efficient manner! Highly recommend them and their services!

Honestly a good dude but I have been trying to get my tire replaced since Wednesday, after I had him put on a spare a week ago and I was really really trying to be understanding. The first day my tire was sold off, the second time the tire wouldn’t be in on time for me to go to work, the third time I was told to come by 2pm, no one was there and I was told 2 employees quit and I was promised he would come by today at 12pm to replace it. It’s almost 1pm. I can’t reach him and I have tried calling twice, the voicemail is full. If you happen to see this I sympathize with what’s going on but a promise is a promise, especially with what happened when putting on my spare. If you can remedy this great if not…I’m pretty upset actually especially since I have been trying to be accommodating.

Honestly can not say anything bad about these guys. I ofcourse discovered a flat tire on a Saturday evening and in my mind I thought of all the inconveniences of this. As we know not a lot of shops open on Sunday and I also had to work on Sunday. They were amazing met with me first thing in the morning so I would not be late for work. Now I have a fixed tire and a number to a reliable company. If you’re hesitate on a mobile tire mechanic don’t be. Give them a call and they will help you out! 100/100 recommendations.

KEEP SCROLLING!!!! Hands down THE WORSE roadside assistance I’ve ever had. I made the initial call at 8:07am and literally sat on the side of the highway for 7.5 HOURS!!!!! After they took the $300 deposit of course.. BIGGEST SCAM IN GEORGIA!!! The first crew that was sent couldn’t even get the job done not even sure if the guy could read. The second crew advised me to drive a mile WITH NO TIRE on I-20 to the other side so his equipment would work properly lol.. COMPLETE JOKE!! And to top it off I was charged $980 initially for TWO TIRES that not only took 7.5 hours but they also tried to make it right by taking $200 off after causing me to do a whole work shift sitting in the hwy. Then I was promised discounted tires and haven’t even smelt them.. save your time and money and call someone else!! Will be posting these every week just to keep it refreshed hopefully I’ll save the next from becoming a victim. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT ITS FINEST!!
